Who we are
- Fox Window Cleaning is a window cleaning company based in Delta, British Columbia, serving homes in Delta, Surrey and Langley.
- This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and what your choices are.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your address, first name, mobile number and the service you are interested in.
- When you call or text us: your phone number and the messages you send.
- When you become a customer: your service address, the work we do for you, your plan and your invoices.
- If you pay by card, the payment is handled by our payment provider. Fox Window Cleaning does not see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
- To prepare your quote and send it to you.
- To schedule and carry out your service, and to send appointment reminders, invoices and receipts.
- To answer your questions and follow up on work we have done.
- We only collect what we need for these purposes.
Text messages
- If you tick the consent box on our quote form, we will text you your quote and updates about your service.
- You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as the software we use for quotes, scheduling, messaging and payments, and the company that hosts this website.
- The quote form on this website is provided by our software provider and loads from their servers. Fonts on this website load from Google.
- Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States.
- We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
- You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can withdraw your consent to texts or other contact at any time.
- Fox Window Cleaning follows British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
